    • Full Eternity (diamonds all the way around the band)
    • 3/4 Eternity (diamonds 75% around the band)
    • Half Eternity (diamonds 50% around the band)

    Please note that both the half and 3/4 eternity styles can be resized if needed. The full eternity, however, cannot as the stones are distributed all the way around the band. Please keep this in mind when choosing the size for a full eternity ring.

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, a return may be processed to get your money back. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The return shipping address will be provided. Shipping fee, handcraft cost and rush order cost will be deducted from the original payment.

Each product is made by hand per order. So, cancelation or return of items that meet quality standards are subject to a restocking fee of $100 or more, depending on the product and circumstance.

Custom and personalized orders

We can customize products especially for you! Contact us so we can talk turn your dreams into reality!

How long will it take to get my product(s)?

All our pieces are custom made, so it takes some time to complete them. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We ship via USPS and most orders are delivered within 3-5 days after shipping.

Rush Orders

In order for us to accommodate your deadline, kindly contact us. Please note that there will be necessary additional fees for rush orders (to expedite manufacture and shipping).

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are available for products that are damaged or if the item you received is not what you ordered.

Engraved and other customized items are not returnable. If for any reason, there is a mistake or defect on the product, we will gladly and quickly repair the piece for you. The piece will be returned
to you free of charge. Please send us a message prior to returning a product so we can assist you.

Conditions of return

Can I change my order?

Revisions on designs, adjustments to stones sizes, prongs or ring size, on which the original design can still be used, are free of charge. However, if your request needs a complete redesign of the item, then your order will be subject to a variable "change order" fee that depends on the individual aspects of the changes requested.

Examples of a complete redesign:
• Band width increase, which leads to all of the design structures having to be remade.
• Change to stone/diamond/gemstone shape or size, which will require a completely new design.
• Changing metal purity after casting.

Can I pay in installments? How long will it take for me to pay?

Yes, you can! We value our customers so we try to make it as easily as possible for you to get the jewelry of your dreams without breaking the bank. You can send us a message and we could agree to a period and pricing plan that will fit you the best.

Here are the terms on installments:
• An initial payment of 20%.
• When the item is 60% paid, the item will be made and kept for you until it is fully paid.
• When the item is 100% paid, the item will be sent to you.
• If, for any reason, the item is not completely paid, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• You will get a refund for the rest of the amount paid within 2 business days after the cancellation of the order.

Delayed Orders

On rare occasions of delays, please contact us immediately. We will gladly help to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
